Detecting diseases on a nanoscale

At nanobility, our comprehensive technological solutions help industry-leading companies and individuals achieve greater success. Our platform has a wide range of features that were created with an aim to help you live differently. In order to empower our users to do better, nanobility is continually building upon its technology, so stay in touch to learn about upgrades and other changes. Nanoparticles for drug delivery systems can be used in many different ways. The nanoparticles can be engineered to carry specific compounds to bind or attach molecules to molecules on tumor cells. By packaging up drugs and moving them through the body directly to diseased cells to reduce collateral damage, in theory, nanomedicine allows higher doses of drugs to be used. Nanomedicine has excellent potential to safely treat children’s cancer.

Our company aims to use gold nanoparticles for radiation therapy enchantment. Gold nanoparticles are known for the selective amplification dose in tumors. The efficiency of this treatment is entirely determined by the size of the gold nanoparticles. According to PubChem, 50% of cancer treatments rely on the deposition of energy directly into tumor tissue. Gold nanoparticles are good because they target the cancer cells efficiently and they improve lifestyle in the bloodstream. Using gold particles is especially good for cancer treatment as it absorbs incident photons and converts them into heat in order to destroy the cancer cells. Due to their unique properties, gold particles can absorb light with extremely high efficiency.

Other companies have not really focused on using gold nanoparticles for cancer treatment. Nanobility hopes too change the way radiotherapy works with gold nanoparticles. Gold nanoparticles can slip through cell membranes which makes them the ideal devices to use on the medications to healthy cells or fatal doses of radiation to cancer cells. Although using cancer cells do come at a cost. Right now, a single milligram of gold nanoparticles costs about $80 depending on the size of the particles the cost varies.

The applications of gold nanoparticles are endless. Gold Nanoparticles have been around for a while but are newly being used in radiation therapy. Some of the applications include Diagnostic Applications, Biomedical Applications, and plasmonics.

Nanobility’s innovative and insightful technology, we strive to change the way drug-delivery works. We aim to nanomedicine to make drug- delivery more efficient by using gold nanoparticles for radiation therapy enhancement.
